Dear Plant Daddy is my debut romantic comedy.
The gist: 29 year old Tessa loves how predictable her life is as the co-owner and operator of Plant Therapy, a local plant store that has been a fixture in the community for 40 years. That all changes when a charismatic plant influencer with a massive Instagram following opens a massive plant superstore down the street.
Everything about her safe life is upended as soon as he smiles (that damn dimple!) — in more ways than one. They fight over plant knowledge bonafides and customers in real life but online their digital counterparts are falling in love via a rare plant subreddit.
